You don't need more techniques.
You need to know how to compose.

THE COMPOSITION METHOD

The framework that separates practitioners who guess from practitioners who know exactly what they're doing — and why.

You've taken courses.
You've learned techniques.
You've practiced on real people.

THE PROBLEM

But when you're actually working with someone, it can still feel like guessing.

  • "Where do I start?"

  • "What's the next move?"

  • "Is this the right thing right now?"

You don't want to guess. You want to know.

The difference wasn't the techniques.
It was the composition.

THE REALIZATION

Early in my career, I did what most serious practitioners do. I collected certifications. I flew to workshops. I spent thousands learning techniques, convinced the next course would be the breakthrough.

But my sessions still felt choppy. Not bad — just not smooth.

Then I got an opportunity to work at an elite golf academy in Florida. I thought I'd finally see the secret techniques that separate pros from everyone else.

What I saw wasn't new techniques at all.
I saw composition.

I watched elite practitioners working with high-level athletes. They weren't throwing random techniques at problems. They were sequencing everything deliberately. Each technique built on the last. They could explain exactly why they chose that approach, in that order, at that moment.

It wasn't about knowing more. It was about knowing how to put it together.

THE FRAMEWORK

Think about your favorite song. You don't love it because of one note. You love it because all the parts fit together.

Notes vs. Composition

Most continuing education keeps you in the bottom right — collecting more notes without learning how to compose. The Composition Method moves you to the top right.

Sequence → Read → Adapt

THE THREE SKILLS

These are the skills that separate guessing from knowing. Every high-level practitioner runs on these three — whether they talk about it or not.

01
Sequence

What deserves attention first — before everything else.

02
Read

What's actually happening in front of you — not what you expected.

03
Adapt

So your sessions feel smooth — not all over the place.

Adjusting without second-guessing yourself — because you know why.
